BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee meeting held on September 25th, 2018 and the minutes of The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee meeting held on January 22nd, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Development Committee receive the letter from Bancroft Business Improvement Area dated February 6th, 2019, for discussion purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee receive the Public Realm Funds report dated February 26th, 2019; AND FURTHER THAT: the Community Development Committee recommend to Council that the funds designated for Public Realm Improvement through the Main Street Revitalization Initiative be used for sidewalk and crosswalk improvements on Hastings St North in the downtown core.
