BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the open session agenda dated February 24, 2026, as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the recommendation from I.B. Storey regarding the award of RFT-26-001-T1 - Primary Equipment Supply for the North Hastings Community Centre; AND FURTHER THAT Council awards RFT-26-001-T1 - Primary Equipment Supply for the North Hastings Community Centre to Tantus Corporation in the total amount of $ 699,800 (exclusive of HST); AND FURTHER THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Acting Clerk to endorse and execute a Contract Acceptance document as described above, and undertake any other actions deemed necessary.
