BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following by-laws be introduced and read a first, second and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding: By-Law No. 55-2022: Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft and Bancroft Community Transit, for Lands described as 24 Flint Avenue, more particularly described as Plan 411 Lot 134 to 135 SPT. By-Law No. 56-2022: Being a By-Law to Repeal By-Law No. 17-2022; Being a By-Law to Appoint an Interim Chief Building Official for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 57-2022: Being a By-Law to Appoint a Chief Building Official for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 58-2022: Being a By-Law to appoint a Chief Building Official Pro Tempore for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft.
