BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the open session agenda dated February 22nd, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council approve the proposed sale of 24 Flint Avenue, more particularly described as Plan 411 Lot 134 to 135 SPT, to Bancroft Community Transit for a purchase price of $300,000 and that a by-law be passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale within the next 90 days and the transfer documents, as may be required.
