BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local boards employees; (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality of local board; (d) labour relations or employee negotiations.
