BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for the purpose, (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
