BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following by-laws be introduced and read a first, second and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding: By-Law No. 61-2020: Being a By-Law assuming as a common and public highway that Part of Lot 16, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Dungannon, now Town of Bancroft, County of Hastings, more particularly described hereafter. By-Law No. 62-2020: Being a By-Law assuming as a common and public highway that Part of Lot 20, Concession 16, Geographic Township of Dungannon, now Town of Bancroft, County of Hastings, more particularly described hereafter. By-Law No. 63-2020: Being a By-Law to authorize the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft to enter into a Development Agreement with Brad Hall and Meryl Hall. By-Law No. 64-2020: A By-Law to Amend Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 27-2006, As Amended. By-Law No. 65-2020: Being a By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 57-2020 Being a By-Law to Appoint a Downtown Enhancement Committee for the Town of Bancroft.
