BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the open session agenda dated February 6th, 2020, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve the Manager of Public Works recommendation to purchase a 2012 International plow truck with a Dickey John spreader unit for Connecting Link operations for the amount of $35,616 ($35,000 plus non refundable HST) from cash and associated reduction of the capital reserve increase that would otherwise be generated from Connecting Link savings. AND FURTHER THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft waive the purchasing procedure adopted as By-Law No. 51-2004 for this one-time special purchase to allow management to move forward with the purchase of this 2012 international plow truck.
