BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Service Delivery Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated September 23, 2014, as presented .

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the Manager of Public Works report dated September 23, 2014.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the report from the Manager of Public Works regarding the Spruce Lake Bridge Update for info rmation purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Service Delivery Committee receive the email received September 12, 2014.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the report Water main RFP for information purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the report by the Manager of Public Works regarding the roads need study for information purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the report - Road Variance Analysis Sheet for information purposes.

Committee is recommending to Council that from the Gas Tax Fund $48,437.76 will be used, and $154,670.60 out of the Connecting Link funds will be used to fu nd the overage fro the Bridge Street Bridge Construction.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the Manager of Public Works report on the Eagles Nest Signage for information purposes. And Further that signage be placed on The Eagles Nest Road, and also on Bay Lake Road - by the beach and another just before Rallison Road.

Second ed by Councillor Peter Whitehead BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee recommend to Council that Council proceed with the Bulk Propane contract with Superior Propane.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Service Del ivery Committee receive the letter from the Bancroft and District Chamber of Commerce dated September 17, 2014 and it is under further review

by Councillor BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Service Delivery Committee receive the report from the Manager of Public Works on Trees at Brooks Building as information Purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: BE IT RESOLVED that the Service Delivery Committee recommend to Council that the Rally of the Tall Pines Request for Permission, and that permission be granted to the Maple Leaf Rally Club to use the roads within the Town of Bancroft November 28, 2014 to November 29, 2014 for the annual Rally of the Tall Pines that takes place in our municipality.
