BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated April 23rd, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of The Town of Bancroft Community Development Committee meeting held on March 26th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee acknowledge May 6th to 10th as "Cowork North Hastings Takeover Challenge Week."

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Development Committee direct staff to prepare a Clean Yards By-Law for Committee’s consideration.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Development Committee direct staff to review the impact of single-use plastics in the municipality, including (a) littering; (b) the impact on landfills; (c) the impact on sewers; and (d) the contribution to climate change; and bring back a report in June 2019 with recommendations on how to reduce those impacts in the Town of Bancroft.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Development Committee does hereby receive the report for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Bancroft Community Development Committee does hereby receive the 2019 Community Development Strategic Priorities, for discussion purposes.
