BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole recommends that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft adopt the proposed Non-Eligible Source Recycling Program and associated fees, as proposed; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft that the tipping fee schedule for the Dungannon Landfill Site be amended to add the fees for non-eligible source participant recyclables as described herein, and direct staff to implement that approved changes effective July 1, 2025.
