BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the open session agenda dated June 7th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act for the purpose of hearing support and/or objections for re-zoning applications within the municipality.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft appoints a Hastings Prince Edward Public Health representative as an advisory committee member to the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Minutes of the North Hastings Arena Commission meeting, held on May 11th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Minutes of the Bancroft North Hastings Heritage Museum meeting, held on April 28th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby accept the Hydrant Flow Test Results Summary, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby accept the Bancroft Water & Wastewater Facilities Condition Assessment, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby accept the Culvert Inspection Summary August 2021 - Bancroft and Dungannon, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council accept the Roads Needs Assessment Database, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby accept the Town of Bancroft OSIM Report, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council adopt by By-Law the Town of Bancroft Municipal Asset Management Plan, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby award Bonnechere Excavating Inc. Tender 01-2022 for the construction of Hastings Street North Connecting Link project, to be started in 2022 and completed in 2023.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the items listed under the Consent Agenda, items 14 (B) to 14 (I), be received by the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft, for information.

By-Law No. 61-2022: Being a By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 34-2022 Being a By-Law to Designate a Community Safety Zone in the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 62-2022: Being a By-Law to Amend Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 03-2019; Being a By-Law to Appoint Community Members to Various Boards, Committees and commissions for the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 63-2022: Being a By-Law to Authorize the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft to enter into a Contract for Services Agreement with Bonnechere Excavating Inc. By-Law No. 64-2022: Being a By-Law to adopt a Tax Billing Collection Policy for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 65-2022: Being a By-Law to adopt an Accounts Receivable-invoicing and Collection Policy for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 66-2022: Being a By-Law to Adopt an Asset Management Plan for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the meeting of Council held on June 7th, 2022 be hereby given a first, second and third reading, and be finally passed, signed, sealed and numbered By-Law 67-2022.
