BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Town General Manager's organizational update, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the minutes of the meeting of Council held on January 11th, 2022 and January 18th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting, held on January 18th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council approve that the BASC request be considered in the 2022 budget deliberations.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council approve that the Algonquin Arts Council's request be considered in the 2022 budget deliberations.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council adopt the Municipal Volunteer Firefighters and their Ability to Respond Policy, by By-Law, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the Building, Property and By-Law Committee meeting held on January 18th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the Minutes of the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee meeting, held on January 26th, 2022, as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Draft Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting held on January 12th, 2022, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the minutes of the Bancroft Business Improvement Area Board of Management meeting, held of November 25th, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Minutes of the North Hastings Public Library meetings, held on April 15th, 2021, May 19th, 2021, June 30th, 2021 and September 16, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council approve the request of Stewards of Bancroft Eagles Nest Park Inc., cover the insurance costs and remit their insurance payment directly to Hudson Henderson Insurance Brokers for the year 2022.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council approve that the North Hastings High School OCEA Certificate of Achievement request be considered in the 2022 budget deliberations.

WHEREAS: CAMSafe is a community CCTV and security video registry for residents who wish to partner with police in solving crimes in their community; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby encourage the residents and businesses of the Town of Bancroft to register their security/doorbell cameras on CAMSafe.ca, to aid in the development of a directory for officers to utilize during investigations to locate the owners of potential footage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby adopt of a By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Intelivote Systems Inc., for alternative voting systems for the 2022 Municipal Election.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the items listed under the Consent Agenda, items 15 (B) to 15 (S), save and except (K) and (J), be received by the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft, for information.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby direct staff to prepare a letter in support of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's resolution regarding funding support for Infrastructure Projects - Bridge/Culvert replacements in rural municipalities.

BE IT RESOVLED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Municipal Economic & Tourism Development Partners Group Meeting Notes - 16 Dec 2021, for discussion purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following by-laws be introduced and read a first, second and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Acting Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding: By-Law No. 15-2022: Being a By-Law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement with Intelivote Systems Inc., for Alternative Voting Systems. By-Law No. 16-2022: Being a By-law to Repeal By-Law No. 66-2019; Being a By-Law to appoint a Chief Building Official for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 17-2022: Being a By-Law to Appoint an Interim Chief Building Official for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft. By-Law No. 18-2022: Being a By-Law to enter into Municipal Solid Waste Transfer & Disposal Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft and the Corporation of the Township of Wollaston. By-Law No. 19-2022: Being a By-Law to Amend Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 03-2019; Being a By-Law to Appoint Community Members to Various Boards, Committees and Commissions for the Town of Bancroft. BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instructions to be applied to any negotiations

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby direct staff to carry out all actions as approved in the February 8th, 2022 closed session of Council.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the meeting of Council held on February 8th, 2022 be hereby given a first, second and third reading, and be finally passed, signed, sealed and numbered By-Law 22-2022.
