BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Section 239 (2) (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees, (d) labour relations or employee negotiations. BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the open session agenda dated December 10, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby recognize January as Alzheimer Awareness Month to support locals living with Alzheimer's.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the minutes of the meeting of Council held on November 5, 2019, November 26, 2019 and November 27, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the Minutes of the Finance and Administration meeting held on November 5, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT : the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby approve of the Minutes of the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee meeting held on November 27, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Minutes of the North Hastings Economic Development Committee meeting, held on September 9, 2019, September 30, 2019 and November 4, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby receive the Minutes of the Bancroft Business Improvement Area meetings held on October 30, 2018, October 29, 2019 and November 4, 2019. as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Minutes of the Bancroft North Hastings Heritage Museum meeting held on October 28, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby adopt the 2020 Council Meeting Schedule as follows: Regular Meeting of Council Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sept Oct Nov Dec 14 11 10 14 12 16 - 11 8 13 10 8

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft (Town) does hereby approve of the creation of a Reserve Fund for the North Hastings Library Capital Campaign for the purpose of representing the donation amounts collected. The sole purpose and intent of this Reserve Fund is record donation amounts to be used exclusively toward the establishment of a new library; AND FURTHER THAT: a separate bank account be established with TD for the sole purpose of depositing the donation receipts collected on behalf of the Capital Campaign, the funds of which will support the above noted Reserve Fund.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby receive the Boundary Road Agreement with the Municipality of Hastings Highlands Report, as presented; AND FURTHER THAT: Council does hereby receive a copy of the Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands Bylaw 2019-096 being a bylaw to execute a boundary road agreement with the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft respecting Maxwell Settlement, Charles, Welsh, York, Walker, Shannick and Victoria Drive Roads, for consideration; AND FURTHER THAT: Council does hereby refer the request to enter into a Boundary Road Agreement with the Municipality of Hastings Highlands to the Infrastructure and Emergency Services Committee meeting in January 2020 for further discussion.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Provincial Press Release Summary and Impact report, as presented, for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Request for Support for the 2020 Wonders of Wetlands Field Day in Bancroft from the Bancroft Area Stewardship Council, for discussion purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby refer the request the Finance and Administration Committee for considerations through budget deliberations for 2020.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council does hereby receive the topic of YOURSPACE Youth Space for information purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council direct staff to prepare a letter of thanks to the Shamrock Senior Club for their efforts with respect to maintaining the Dungannon Recreation Centre.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the items listed under the Consent Agenda, items 16 (B) to 16 (D), be received by the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft, for information.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following by-laws be introduced and read a first, second and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding: By-Law No. 72-2019: Being a By-Law to Amend Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 88-2018; Being a By-Law to Appoint Members of Council to Various Boards, Committees and Commissions for the Town of Bancroft By-Law No. 73-2019: Being a By-Law to Authorize the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft to Enter into a Service Agreement with Jewell Engineering Inc.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the meeting of Council held on December 10, 2019 be hereby given a first, second and third reading, and be finally passed, signed, sealed and numbered By-Law 74-2019.

RESOLVED THAT the Regular Meeting of Council hereby close at 4:20 PM.
