BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Growth Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of the Finance & Growth Committee meeting held on December 3, 2015, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Growth Committee receive this report and direct the Town's Management team to balance the operational budget with the consideration of a 1% increase in the overall taxation and to include a capital levy equal to a further 1% of the tax levy as was levied in 2015 and to include the increased signage, washroom retrofits, additional staff positions, website redesign, and furnace, as recommended by Committee.
