BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Growth Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated February 17, 2015, as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Growth Committee of the Town of Bancroft does hereby move into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, section 239 (2) (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
