BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the 2019 Budget for Water and Waste Water for Information purposes only; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that the 2019 Water and Waste Water rates remain at a 0% increase over 2018 rates; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that a 3.0% rate increase be implemented on January 1, 2020 for both Water and Waste Water; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that a detailed 5-year Capital Plan be developed for both Water and Waste Water.
