BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated September 17th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Administration Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of the Finance & Administration Committee meeting held on August 13th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that the Town Office will be closed from noon on Tuesday December 24th to 8:30 am on January 2, 2020.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the August 2019 Financial Update for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: a detailed report on Chemaushgon Road come forward to the September 24th, 2019 Infrastructure and Emergency Services Committee meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that Staff bring a report forward to the November 5th, 2019 Council Meeting, with the intent of reinstating the parking levy which was previously suspended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee receive the Priorities list for discussion purposes, AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee identify completed priorities and/or additional priorities.

RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby adjourn at 6:57 PM.
