BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Administration Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated June 4, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Administration Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of the Finance & Administration Committee meeting held on April 9th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee receive the Integrity Commissioner Protocol report, as presented; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that Council approve a by-law to adopt the Integrity Commissioner Protocol.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee receive the "Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy" report; AND THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that Council approve the Workplace and Violence Prevention Policy, as represented, attached hereto as Schedule "A"; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that upon the aforementioned Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy being enacted, Council does immediately repeal the following: 1) Town of Bancroft Workplace Harassment Policy: HR-003; and 2) Town of Bancroft Workplace Violence Policy: HR-004.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby receive the April, 2019 Financial Update for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that Council adopt the draft security video surveillance policy as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the Strategic Asset Management Policy Report; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that Council adopt the draft Strategic Asset Management Policy, as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Administration Committee does hereby adjourn at 6:24 PM.
