BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated April 9th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of the Finance and Administration meeting held on March 12th, 2019, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby receive the resignation dated March 20th, 2019, effective immediately, from Committee Member Wilma Brethour.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby receive the Metrics 1st Quarter report, dated April 9th, 2019 for information purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the February 2019 Financial Update for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: staff request from the auditors that an unconsolidated statement also be included with the consolidated cash flow statement, to reflect the Town of Bancroft solely.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee recommend that Council approve the 2019 Capital Budget, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby receive the Members Municipality IT Managed Services Report from Hastings County for information purposes; AND FURTHER THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does direct staff to include the IT managed services in the service delivery review project.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby receive this report for information purposes only.

RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Administration Committee does hereby adjourn at 6:19 PM.
