BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated October 26th 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole does hereby move into Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act for the purpose of hearing support and/or objections for re-zoning applications within the municipality.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole does hereby adjourn from Public Meeting and reconvene the regular meeting of Committee.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on September 21st, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the 2021 Building Permit Year-To-Date Comparison Report, dated October 26th, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council authorize the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft to be a part of a joint Request for Proposal with municipal members in Hastings County, for Electronic Voting services for the 2022 Municipal Election.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft adopt the following schedule for 2022 Council and Committee meetings: Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sept Oct Nov Dec Council 11 8 8 12 10 7 - 9 13 11 8 13 Committee of the Whole 18 22 22 26 24 28 - 23 27 25 22 - Building, Property & By-Law Committee 18 22 22 26 24 28 - 23 27 25 22 - Downtown Enhancement Committee Meeting Date Called at the Chair’s Discretion Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee 26 23 23 27 25 22 - - 28 26 23 - AND FURTHER THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve that all meetings for 2022 be held electronically, until further notice.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve the closure of the Town Office from noon on Friday December 24th, 2021 to 8:30 am on Tuesday January 4th, 2022.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Community Safety and Well-being Plan report dated October 26th, 2021, for information and discussion purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the 2021 Rally of the Tall Pines COVID-19 Safety Plan report dated October 26th, 2021, for information purposes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the September 30, 2021 Financial Update for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve the Winter Maintenance Policy, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the report from the Manager of Public Works for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve that the Manager of Public Works upgrade the 2019 Ford F-250 gas engine to a 2022 Chevrolet 2500 series diesel truck, for the Public Works Department.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve the Landfill Tipping Fee Structure and Pricing, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby moved into closed session pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; General Nature: COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby direct staff to carry out all actions as approved in the October 26th, 2021, closed session of Committee of the Whole.
