BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated June 21st, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on May 25th, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the 2021 Building Permit Year-To-Date Comparison Report, for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby receive the 2020 Year-End Financial Report for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve the updates to the Town of Bancroft's Fee Schedule, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of the Whole of the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft does hereby recommend that Council approve of a Debit/Credit Card machine at the Dungannon Waste Site for processing payments, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Clark Lake Levels and Lawn Watering report from the Manager of Public Works, for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Town of Bancroft Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council approve the purchase of a 2006 Smeal Spartan Gladiator 75' Arial Ladder truck through Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the sum of $130,000.00 US dollars ($158,398.50 CN) for the Bancroft Fire Department. AND FURTHER THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council authorize the additional cost of the float transportation, broker fees, conversion items, decaling and a contingency fund (see attached Cost Sheet) to be included as part of the total Capital Cost of $175,000.00 for the truck purchase as approved in the 2021 Budget.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve any funds gained through the sale of the 1994 Pumper Truck be allocated to Fire Reserves, and are designated to be used for future equipment.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the presentation from Baker Tilly KDN LLP, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council does hereby approve the DRAFT 2020 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the Town of Bancroft and DRAFT Audited Financial Statements for the North Hastings Heritage Museum Board, the Bancroft Business Improvement Area Board, the North Hastings Community Centre Board, the North Hastings Public Library Board and the Municipal Dog Pound Board, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the verbal update from the Acting Clerk, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the verbal update from the Treasurer on behalf of the Finance department, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the verbal update from the Fire Chief on behalf of the Fire/Building/By-Law departments, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the verbal update from the Manager of Public Works on behalf of the Public Works department.
