BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council authorize staff to initiate an amendment to the Town's Comprehensive Zoning By-law 27-2006 to incorporate a new zoning category implementing the Urban Main Street Core/Downtown land use designation of the new Official Plan including the issuance of public notice and the holding of the statutory public meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Staff Report containing the Town's Uncommitted Reserve Capacity calculations and does hereby recommend that Council consider the implications of these calculations when considering new municipal planning approvals; THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council adopt the Development Control Monitoring Program (DCMP) as outlined in Appendix D to the Staff Report, and FURTHER THAT the DCMP be reviewed from time to time to ensure its effectiveness as circumstances change; THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council authorize Staff to refine the language of Appendix D, Part B (Planning Tools for New Plans of Subdivision), as may be recommended, following further review by Hastings County as the approval authority for Plans of Subdivision.
