Mullett BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby direct staff to carry out all actions as approved in the September 27th, 2016, closed session of Committee of the Whole.

McGibbon Be It Resolved that Committee does hereby waive the Town of Bancroft procedural by-law (#17-2011) to allow Council to receive a report from the Building Committee.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated September 27th, 2016, as amended. Addition of building committee report.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Committee of the Whole does hereby approve of the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on August 23rd, 2016, as presented.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Building Permit, Demo Permit, and Septic Permit summary reports from the Chief Building Official for information purposes only.

Mullett BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council adopt the Procedure By-Law for governing the calling, place and proceedings of meetings of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Bancroft.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee does hereby receive the Draft Procedural By-Law report for information purposes only and that Committee Members review the Draft Procedural By-Law and submit comments to the Deputy Clerk by October 14th, 2016.

Jenkins BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee does hereby receive the Draft Procedural By-law report for information purposes only and that staff circulate to Committee Members a revised draft that indicates the changes that have been made to the document, after which point Committee members will submit their comments to the Deputy Clerk for preparation of a summary report and a special meeting will be called to discuss the Draft Procedural By-Law.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee does hereby recommend that Council discuss replacing Committee of the Whole meetings with a second Regular Meeting of Council.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby recommend that Council pass a By-Law to control access to fire hydrants connected to the water distribution systems within the Town of Bancroft.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee does hereby receive the report from the Building Committee regarding the municipal office furnace, for information purposes only.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee does hereby request that Staff prepare a detailed report, including recommendations, based on the findings of the Building Committee.

Kavanagh BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Action Tracking Report for information purposes only.

Kavanagh BE IT RESOLVED That Committee does hereby recommend that staff prepare a proposal on moving forward with a new Public Works facility.

Mullett BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Economic Development Activities Update report for information purposes only.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the Financial Summary Report for information purposes only.

Kavanagh BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the correspondence from Mark and Marg Nicholson regarding the Snow Road Improvements 2016.

Kavanagh BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee recommend to Council that Snow Road Improvements be considered during the 2017 budget process and that a follow up letter be sent to Mark and Marg Nicholson.

Jenkins BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the correspondence from North Hastings Children's Services regarding Experience Summer Day Camp.

Jenkins BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee does hereby confirm it's commitment to the community and its youth and recommend that Council, through a partnership with North Hastings Children's Services, support the 2017 Experience Summer Day Camp through the use of Millennium Park and Club 580 at no charge.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the letter from the Bancroft and District Chamber of Commerce, dated September 21st, 2016, for information purposes only.

McGibbon BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee request that the Bancroft and District Chamber of Commerce provide full disclosure of the status of the heritage grant and any other covenants against the property as it would apply should the Town of Bancroft take ownership and further that the Town of Bancroft Building Committee carry out an inspection of the property.

Jenkins BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Committee of the Whole does hereby receive the letter from the Bancroft and District Chamber of Commerce, dated September 21st, 2016, for information purposes only.

Kavanagh BE IT RESOLVED THAT the items listed under the Consent Agenda, items 13(B) to 13(O) be received by the Committee of the Whole, for information only.
