Committee of Adjustment

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Committee of Adjustment does hereby approve of Minor Variance Application No. MV-005-2021 to reduce the setback from Watercourses and Waterbodies from 30 m (98.4 ft) to 9.1 m (30 ft) to permit an addition to the existing dwelling and from 30 m (98.4 ft) to 20.7 m (68 ft) to permit the construction of a Detached Private Garage, and that the application be subject to the following condition: That prior to the issuing of building permits(s) that the recommendations of the Environmental Impact Statement (EISt) and the Addendum to the EIST, as prepared by Oakridge Environmental Limited, be implemented to the satisfaction of the Town of Bancroft to mitigate potential negative impacts to the surrounding waterbody/watercourse.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of Adjustment does hereby adjourn at 3:08 p.m..
