BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Finance Committee support the recommendation of the General Manager to engage an independent third party to complete a full Health and Safety Evaluation of the Public Works and Parks Buildings located at 60 Monck Street, and provide recommendations of required actions to bring the buildings into compliance, if any; AND FURTHER THAT a Health and Safety Evaluation of the Bancroft Fire Hall and Dungannon Fire Hall be completed by the same firm to determine required actions to bring the building into compliance with MOL Cancer Prevention requirements, if any; AND FINALLY THAT based on the high probability of significant new capital and operating budget increases anticipating within five years, that all Public Works, Parks and Firehall Projects be examined and a final decision to move forward with construction of the building be
