BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated October 27th, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby approve of the minutes of the Community Safety and Well-being Committee meeting held on September 22nd, 2021, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the traffic flow report from the Manager of Public Works, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the Safe Consumption Mobile Clinic update from the Director of Operations Safe Use Hastings, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the Detachment Update from the Detachment Commander, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the 2022 OPP Annual Billing Letter and Statement Package, for information purposes only.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the email from North Hastings High School regarding concerns around the absent crosswalk at Chemaushgon Road and Monck Street (Hwy. 28), for discussion purposes. AND FURTHER THAT: the letter be forwarded to the Manager of Public Works.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Bancroft Community Safety and Well-being Committee does hereby receive the Iain de Jong - Main Street's Main Social Issue: Homelessness video, for information purposes only
