BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Ad Hoc Budget Committee does hereby approve of the open session agenda, dated April 13, 2018, as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Ad Hoc Budget Committee does hereby recommend that staff prepare a by-law that reflects current legislation to permit the municipality to prepare and register a tax arrears certificate against the title to land in which real property taxes become owing in the second year; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT following the passage of the by-law that a notice of the amendment be included as a insert to be mailed out of the final tax bills.
